Excerpts of Concern
Note that the majority of the concerns result NOT from the allegations of the children (despite CPS having supported their claims) but from Mr. Reddicks own self-report. The following is a list of concerns with the factual references to allow parents or those concerned to form their own educated opinions.

P3. “Detective Ross Bartley, Special Assault Unit, Seattle Police Department, indicates that information from the investigation regarding possible sexual abuse of ___ is in the process of being sent to the prosecutor’s office for assessment and potential filing of charges. “

CPS Worker at first recommended supervised visitation, then goes further to revoke even that:
P3. “Angela Cartwright, CPS social worker, states the information available to her suggest there are strong concerns in this case. She feels strongly the child’s disclosures were valid and initially felt the father’s contact with _____ should be limited to professionally supervised visitation. After being informed that  ____ came home from a visit with the father and tried to have her mother play the kissing game, which involved being kissed all over her body, Ms. Cartwright has ceased the father’s contact with ____ at this time. “

CPS Conclusive finding

P4. “Concerns: From the information reviewed there is a strong concern in this case that the father has sexually abused his stepson, ___. Based on their concerns, CPS has recently ended visits between the father and ____.
