- No public investigation has been done regarding the financial, sexual deviance or ethics concerns victimizing students and teachers employed at Paramount by its board.
- The due process for obtaining the goals is unclear and finding direction from governing organizations (Board, mayor's office) has proven particularly difficult. Requests to act on their responsibility to perform normal oversight over the administrators of the school were ignored.
- Parents were told the only alternative was to remove their children from the school and force the students to undergo a transition to protect the administration and reputation of the very parties tasked with the oversight they refused.
- In retaliation for voicing concerns, the PTSO was dissolved by the administration. They were told they no longer had a right to meet or hold student activities such as movie night, fundraisers, or parent-child activities on school grounds. The only means of filing a complaint regarding administration, is to report it first to administration, offering no checks and balances to ensure ethical and profesional processes are in place.
